A Lake Worth mother accused of stealing more than $37,000 her son received in a lawsuit settlement has become the second person arrested as a result of Palm Beach County Clerk and Comptroller Sharon Bock’s Guardianship Fraud Program.
Melody May Henderson, 33, was arrested by deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on April 16. She is facing one count of grand theft at the end of a seven-month investigation by Bock’s Division of Inspector General.
