A man who could have once faced a death sentence for a 2011 Westgate shooting is now a free man after a jury last week acquitted him on first degree murder charges.
Norberto Trevino was arrested in May 2011 for the murder 29-year-old William Sutton Jr., who had fought with another man on Saginaw Avenue in suburban West Palm Beach’s Westgate neighborhood shortly before he was killed.
