Self-published author and notorious juror Dennis DeMartin will be questioned April 29 about claims in his latest missive that are being used to throw out the DUI manslaughter conviction of Wellington polo mogul John Goodman.
In a handwritten order, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath this week said he would interview the 69-year-old Delray Beach retiree about his recently published claims that his now ex-wife left the scene of a crash and was charged with drunk driving.
