A judge could decide Thursday whether the state will pay former juror Dennis DeMartin’s court costs as he fights contempt of court charges stemming from actions that won Wellington polo mogul John Goodman a new DUI manslaughter trial last month.
Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath filed a notice today scheduling the hearing.
