A judge has denied Corey Graham Jr.’s quest to keep jurors from hearing a confession he made to his father in a police interrogation room just days after the murder of a popular Belle Glade grocer.
Graham could stand trial as early as next month for first-degree murder in the death of Jimmy McMillan, a man he told his father he killed because he feared the grocer was reaching for a gun as Graham robbed the Alabama-Georgia Grocery Store.
