When deputies arrived, they spoke with Alain Quesada Garcia, who said he lived at the home but hadn’t seen anything take place. Deputies then told Quesada Garcia that they needed to check the residence because neighbors believed a woman was possibly in danger, the report said.

When deputies entered, they found a fully functioning marijuana grow house that included 15 plants about 5 feet high and 4 feet wide. Nearly 88 pounds of harvested pot and more than 220 pounds of marijuana plants were confiscated from inside the home.

Before deputies entered the residence, Quesada Garcia admitted that he fired shots at a group of people he believed had shot at him, the report said.

Quesada Garcia is facing charges of marijuana production, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, owning or renting a structure involved in marijuana production and marijuana trafficking. Quesada Garcia, 47, was being held at the Palm Beach County Jail early Tuesday in lieu of $11,000 bail.
