The juror who won Wellington polo mogul John Goodman a new DUI manslaughter trial now wants a judge to keep the same prosecutors who convinced him of Goodman’s guilt away from his contempt of court case.
According to paperwork filed in the court this afternoon, Dennis DeMartin’s defense attorneys — Joseph Walsh and Robert Gershman — want Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath to reconsider his decision to allow the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office to prosecute the case against DeMartin.
