A Pahokee man whose ex-girlfriend disappeared last week was accused of domestic battery in January but wasn’t arrested until five months and two days later, law-enforcement records show.
Jammy Washington, 29, was arrested Friday on a misdemeanor warrant. It was raised to a felony charge during a hearing Saturday at the Palm Beach County Jail.
