A federal judge last week dismissed all three counts in Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputy William McCray’s lawsuit against numerous West Palm Beach city officials that alleged civil rights violations.
Two of the counts were dismissed “without prejudice,” meaning McCray has the right to file an amended complaint within 10 days.
