Boy, 16, to be tried as adult for shooting two at Sweet 16 party in Pahokee

A 16-year-old boy is being charged as an adult after he allegedly shot two people at a Sweet 16 party on the grounds of Everglades Preparatory Academy in Pahokee, authorities said.

Terrance Johnson, who lists home addresses in Pahokee and Riviera Beach, faces charges of aggravated battery with a firearm and delinquent in possession of a firearm, according to court records.
