Arhaus will open between Bloomingdale’s and Sears  on the second floor in the fall, according to the mall. The home design store uses natural materials from renewable sources and recycled materials in its furniture and home goods, nor does it use wood from endangered rain forests.

Arhaus in Legacy Place is open, but it’s moving to the mall in the fall, the mall said.

H1912, pop-up boutique by Hamilton Jewelers, will sell luxury vintage jewelry and watches Feb. 9 to 17 on the first floor across from the Apple store. All items are inspected by jewelry and watch professionals, according to a news release announcing the pop-up.

Buyers are issued a Certificate of Authenticity and a one-year warranty. The boutique will also assist clients who want to sell their unwanted accessories.
