Register to run: Want to register for this year’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure but not sure how to do it? The organization will have a registration pop-up in Wellington ahead of this Saturday’s race. Participants can sign up from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday at Fit2Run at the Mall at Wellington Green, 10300 Forest Hill Blvd., Wellington. Registration fees start at $10 for children, $35 for untimed participants and $40 for time participants. This year’s Race for the Cure takes place along the West Palm Beach Waterfront. The race site opens at 5:30 a.m. Saturday. Day-of registration will be at Palm Beach Post Centennial Park, 315 S. Flagler Dr., West Palm Beach. Get crafty: Children ages 5-10 can great their own “Galaxy Jars” at the Palm Beach County Library System’s Wellington branch from 2 to 2:45 p.m. Saturday.
