Outdoor art showcase returning to Boca Raton in January

BOCA RATON — An outdoor showcase of paintings, jewels, photography and more returns to Boca Raton for the 31st year in January.

The annual Boca Fest — a free, outdoor juried art event — returns the weekend of Jan. 13 and 14 at Town Center Mall, on Glades Road and St. Andrews Boulevard. The festival will feature 175 artists with creations that range in size, medium and subject matter.

The pet-friendly event offers visitors an opportunity to meet the artists, learn about techniques, commission specific pieces and buy creations on the spot.

The displays will include a vast array of artistic media, including paintings, sculptures, photography, ceramics, glass, wood, handmade jewelry, collage and mixed media.
