NEW: With nothing on agenda, Wellington cancels next council meeting


Wellington’s village council has canceled its next regularly scheduled meeting.

Village Manager Paul Schofield made the recommendation to the council Tuesday night, saying with nothing scheduled for the Nov. 28 meeting he sees no reason to have it.

The council next will meet on Monday, Dec. 11. That meeting was moved up from Tuesday, Dec. 12 because the original date conflicted with the beginning of Hanukkah.
