New Peruvian restaurant coming to downtown Lake Worth

Victoria’s Pisco Lounge, a new Peruvian restaurant, plans to open in about a month at 806 Lake Avenue, according to one of the owners.

“This will bring new life and another culture to downtown Lake Worth,” said Gonzalo Gutierrez.

Property records show JC & AG Corp. bought the site in June for $740,000.

Gutierrez said the company has since installed a new kitchen and new coolers while upgrading the bars and bathrooms. He declined to say how much the company spent on the renovations.

“We’d rather keep that private,” he said.

This will be the third restaurant the company has opened. The other two are in Lantana. Here’s a recent special from one of their locations:

But Gutierrez said Lake Worth is a good fit.

“We’ll mix it up a little bit and have some of the dishes we have already, but we’ll add a few more newer, more modern dishes,” he said. “Lake Worth is an upcoming area with a lot of potential.”
