The Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach wants adults to get up and move in 2018.
A free hula hoop fitness class will be offered 2 p.m. Sundays (no class Jan. 28) with Connie Mullen.
On Wednesdays, join personal trainer Marie-Elena Aruta for the 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout, with sessions at noon and 12:30 p.m. Do it during your lunch hour! Reservations are required for this eight-week free program.
Make music and exercise at the same time with a cardio drumming class, 1 p.m. Saturdays (no class Jan. 27) — and you don’t have to know how to play the drums.
Or lose some of those pounds from holiday treats in the P90X Workout program with certified trainer Diana Muños in free sessions at 3 p.m. Saturdays (no class Jan. 27).
For more information on these sessions, call 561-868-7701.
