The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is inviting students in grades six-12 to apply to a free summer mentorship program to produce a new adaptation of Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett’s play, “The Diary of Anne Frank,” as adapted by Wendy Kesselman. The show will take place on the theater’s stage Aug. 12.

Applicants for the project will be interviewed and chosen by a committee. The students will then lead three weeks of rehearsals before mounting the show on stage.

The deadline to apply is Monday, with interviews scheduled through March 10. Submission packets are available by visiting www.jupitertheatre.org/youth-artists-chair-program.

The 2017 Dunkin Donuts South/Southwest Florida Scholarship Program is underway. Fifteen $1,000 college scholarships will be awarded to high school students in South and Southwest Florida. Applications are available at www.scholarsapply.org/ddonuts-fl and will be accepted until April 30.
