I live in a homeowners’ association. Our board wants to have the final word as to who can buy my house. There is nothing in the conditions and restrictions or the bylaws dealing with this issue. Can they do this? I cannot imagine what criteria they plan on using, or how they would have the right to deny me selling my house to whomever I like. Your help is appreciated. Signed, J.J.
