This just might be the healthiest spot in downtown West Palm Beach: a fresh market (with a fully organic menu) that’s also a yoga space.
Welcome to Bee Organics, a new shop that aspires to bring “positive energy” to the big city. This is where you can nosh on organic raw and vegan bites like pad Thai, marinated kale and quinoa salad, zucchini noodles and garbanzo sea salad. For the sipping, there are cold, pressed juices, cold-drip coffee and local kombucha tea on tap.
But more than a market and plant-based café, the spot, which is owned by West Palm Beachers Andrea Pertnoy and Nick Coniglio, aims to be a lifestyle space where daily classes are offered in yoga and movement studies (as in power yoga and mommy-and-me classes).
In addition to the weekday classes, there’s an outdoor, by-donation class held Sundays from 11 a.m. to noon.
