It’s the burger joint with steak house roots. When Shula Burger opened its newest location July 10th at the Delray Marketplace in western Delray Beach, it was only an extension of the Shula brand’s love of quality meats.
“We have our high-end steak houses and now we’re venturing into (the) fast-casual market,” said Corporate Executive Chef Peter Farrand, a Culinary Institute of America graduate who also carries an MBA from FIU in Project Management. “We’ve tried to carry over the whole steak house mentality. We buy grade ingredients and prepare them simply, let them speak for themselves.”
