Here’s the carnivore answer to Meatless Mondays: Butcher Block Grill’s “Prime Time Mondays,” when a hearty eater can start the week on a protein high.
On Mondays from 5 to 10 p.m., the Boca steak house serves Creekstone Farms prime rib with jus, horseradish sauce and homemade garlic-asiago mashed potatoes for 20 bucks per person. (Steaks here range from $29 for a 6-ounce center-cut filet mignon to $79 for a 32-ounce porterhouse. Steaks are served with the house specialty butter, red wine demi-glace and malt vinegar steak fries.)
