At Manalapan’s Thaikyo, cuisines collide on a menu that includes Thai specialties (curries and Pad Thai), Japanese delights (sushi, sashimi, teriyaki) and even a Chinese dish or two (Peking Pork and Crab Rangoon).
“A lot of people ask, ‘What’s your best dish?’ and I’m speechless, because we do a little bit of everything,” says Tony Cheung, who owns Thaikyo with his wife, Jo.
