Restaurateur Rodney Mayo hit the gastro pub concept on the mark when his restaurant group opened this groovy spot on the 500 block of Clematis Street. The food is inspired fare, thanks to chef Fritz Cassel. Must try: the Oven Roasted Double-Yolk Farm Fresh Egg ($8), served in a crock of melted Gruyère that’s layered atop an heirloom tomato slice and punctuated by crisp bacon strips.
