The generous bar wraps around the inside to the outside — we like sitting on the outside and people-watching while shoppers walk by and turn their eager noses inward as if to say “What’s that delicious smell?” No lie — people actually stopped to see what we were drinking and then went inside. It’s like the stuff advertises itself.

About 1 1/2 ounces of fresh mango puree
1 ounce simple syrup
