This week’s bar: Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant
The scene: I like many things about Ceviche, but this might top the list: There’s only one discreet little TV in the whole place, and to this diner, that speaks to the Florida chain’s focus on food, ambiance and service. Open since January in the former Falcon House, Ceviche has a homey feel — roughly half of its 140 seats are inside and spread among a handful of cozy rooms, half are on the patio — but the turban-shaped light fixtures, Ingres-style paintings and rich shades of red and blue on the walls lend an exotic air.
