The scene: You cannot stay uptight in a restaurant with a sawed-in-half VW bus, TVs with the big game on everywhere you look, warm cobalt blue- and rust-colored walls and a lively buzz coming from a crowd that ranges from suited lawyers to FAU college kids. This Cancun-like restaurant is a place to loosen up, get a little louder than your hushed cubicle and order the absurdly large margarita served out of a party goblet. The U-shaped bar opens up to a covered patio, where incandescent lighting lends to the relaxed attitude.

The Blue Parrot
1 ounce Cruzan rum
1/2 ounce Malibu rum
1/2 ounce Blue Curaçao
1/2 ounce amaretto
Splash pineapple juice
Piña colada mix
Combine all ingredients with ice in blender. Garnish with an orange slice.
