The ever-inspired Bistro Ten Zero One has always been a booster for Florida-brewed beers. Every one of them, in fact.
That’s a cause for celebration among craft brew geeks any day, but the party takes on new fervor next week as American Craft Beer Week specials roll through the county from Monday through May 19.
The modern American bistro, located inside the West Palm Beach Marriott hotel, is pouring nice-priced draft beers for $3. The draft beers change daily, but the focus is on Florida-brewed craft beers, such as Due South (Boynton Beach), Tequesta Brewing Co. (Tequesta), and Cigar City (Tampa).
For the pairing, order a batch of Bistro Ten Zero One’s homemade Sea Salt Chips, which are served piping hot with a side of smoked bacon-accented blue cheese fondue. (A must at the bistro.)
Check out the bistro’s Facebook page (facebook.com/BistroTenZeroOne) for the updated menu of beers on tap during the week.
