The scene: Four years at this corner location, with relaxed outdoor seating and bright, vibrant decor inside, is enough for Table 42 to make you forget this spot’s start as humble pizzeria. The only vestige is a grand coal-fired oven, now covered in white marble, which is the heart of today’s restaurant. The red, black and white motif of comfortable table and booths overlooks a wide granite bar area, with subtly shifting colorful lights against the restaurant’s ample wine cellar. The wine and the pizza engage the eyes and the palate.

C O C K T A I L
1 ounce fresh blueberries
3 ounces 44 North Huckleberry Vodka
3 ounces simple syrup
10 fresh spearmint leaves
Splash of Sprite
Muddle the mint and fresh blueberries until slightly mashed. Add to the vodka and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Top with a splash of Sprite for brightness. Pour into a chilled glass with several fresh blueberries.
