NEW: Husband, wife injured in Boynton Beach shooting

A husband and wife were injured in what Boynton Beach police are calling a domestic-related shooting Monday night.

Police were called to a home on Aspen Leaf Drive, just off of Lawrence Road and Hypoluxo Road, at 7:11 p.m. where they found a man and a woman shot.

The unidentified couple were taken to a hospital for treatment, according to Boynton Beach Police Spokeswoman Stephanie Slater. The extent of their injuries are unknown.

Police said they are still “working to determine what led to both parties being shot.”

At this time it’s unclear who the shooter is.
