Man killed in early morning shooting in Delray Beach

NEW: Four taken to hospital after police chase ends in West Palm crash

Four people were rushed to a trauma hospital early Wednesday after a two-car crash on the north end of West Palm Beach, city Fire Rescue authorities said.

Multiple police agencies chased the suspects believed to be involved with several burglaries near Jupiter, according to North Palm Beach police.

The suspect vehicle crashed at about 4:30 a.m. into the BP gas station on Broadway near 45th Street, spilling clothes and shoes along the way. Another car wrecked as well, although it was not immediately known whether both vehicles are linked to the burglaries.

West Palm Fire Rescue authorities could not immediately confirm how many people were in each car. They had to extricate at least one person from one of the cars.
