Florida man accused of selling teen’s lewd photos to her brother


A Florida man tried to sell explicit pictures of a teenage girl to her brother, police said. 

William Tolley, 56, of Brevard County said he bought a used cellphone and found sexual images and videos of the girl, police said. He texted the girl’s brother in an attempt to sell the photos for $10 and videos for $30, Florida Today reported.

“Hey, tell (your sister) I got her old Stylo phone, and I really loved the pictures and videos of her that she had on it,” Tolley texted the brother, police said. “Best kind (you) can get from girls. ... Naked ones.” 

Tolley bought the phone from the girl’s ex-boyfriend, which she left him after they broke up, Florida Today reported.

Tolley was charged with possession and viewing of material depicting child sexual conduct, and transmitting child pornography.
