Plans to build a drive-through restaurant near Victoria Groves residential development were shot down last week by the town coucil after residents complained about the nightmare traffic issues it would cause.
The council voted 4-1, with Councilman Richard Valuntas dissenting. But the council unanimously approved minor architectural changes to the site, which will include repainting and making the signs more visible on 441.
