Tourism decision-makers Thursday found out tourism tax collections likely will overshoot the budget by 10 percent this fiscal year. And by the end of the calendar year, the county should rake in $30 million over the 12 months, hitting a milestone that makes it eligible to levy another cent in tourism tax.
