Florida’s courts are clearing thousands of foreclosure cases from their dockets each month, but still grapple with a sizable backlog as new filings nearly keep pace with closed cases.
From July 1 through March 31, judges moved 168,589 foreclosures cases out of the system statewide, including 13,054 in Palm Beach County.
