Palm Beach County Realtors may see lower membership fees and streamlined services after the board of directors of the Regional Multiple Listing Service Inc. voted last month to dissolve the 25-year-old corporation.
The Jupiter-based company, which provided and monitored the computer program used by all Realtors to list homes for sale, was owned jointly by the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, the Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound Association of Realtors and the Realtors Association of St. Lucie.
