More than 100 people awaited her arrival Sunday morning at the West Palm Beach Spring Home Show. They took up every folding chair, sat on the floor, and stood — all eager to meet the plucky Detroit native whose fame has blossomed as much from her wit and optimism as her savvy in saving old homes.
