The Related Cos. of New York and developer Michael McCloskey of West Palm Beach are competing for a 2.4-acre site at the corner of Okeechobee Boulevard and South Dixie Highway. (The property is dubbed the “tent site” because International Pavilion rented it and operated a tent-shaped structure there in the early 2000s.)
