Lawsuit claims sex jokes, harassment of female employees at Hospice of Palm Beach County

Three female employees were subjected to “a relentless campaign of physical and verbal abuse” and harassment by male employess of Spectrum Health Inc. and Hospice of Palm Beach County Inc., a lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court alleges.

Michelle P. Janoff, Celine T. North and Kimberlee G. Hillard claim they were fired during the last 18 months in retaliation for refusing to go along with conduct including sexually offensive jokes, kisses and unwanted touching.
