Apartment owners in an upscale Flagler Drive condominium have taken their objection to a nearly $118,000 tax bill to court.
An association representing the owners at One Watermark Place, north of the Flagler Memorial Bridge, filed suit against the county property appraiser, county tax collector and a downtown taxing agency for levying and collecting a tax after the Florida Legislature removed the condo from the agency’s boundaries, according to court papers.
