Florida’s fast-track foreclosure bill could be heard by the full Senate on Thursday after being pulled earlier this week from a legislative limbo that opponents had hoped signaled its death.
The proposal, SB 1666, never made it out of its last committee but was put on the Senate’s special order calendar on Tuesday. The House passed its version of the bill in an 87-26 vote Monday.
