When the economy was struggling and the stock market tanking in late 2008, Tina Bivona came up with a bold plan: To start her own business as owner of an executive suite center in an office building.
The landlord, Skip Stoltz, thought the notion of starting a new business in a recession was a risk. But he took a chance and leased Bivona 5,000 square feet of space in the Stonegate Bank building, at 301 Yamato Road in Boca Raton.
