Bank of America got the cold shoulder from hundreds of Palm Beach County homeowners this week after offering a two-day foreclosure prevention seminar that garnered only 55 early reservations.
The North Carolina-based lender invited more than 800 people with late mortgage payments to the event to work on a loan modification, short sale or other foreclosure alternative.
