A Davie-based company that allegedly posed as a government agency and collected fees from more than 12,000 companies has been ordered to cease from those activities, Attorney General Pam Bondi said today.
A temporary junction has been issued against Davie-based L Seven Development LLC, which operates as the Florida Center of Corporations, for alleged unfair and deceptive practices, Bondi said.
