Palm Beach Community Church in Palm Beach Gardens is running out of time, and options, to fix a lingering foreclosure action and hold onto its church building, known as the Borland Center.
The non-denominational church has waged an aggressive legal battle against PNC Bank, which sued the church in Palm Beach County Circuit Court in 2011, claiming Palm Beach Community was in default on a $12 million mortgage secured by the Borland Center and vacant land next to it.
