More than 35,000 Floridians who purchased Skechers brand shoes including, Shape-Ups, Tone-ups and Skechers Resistance Runner, will receive checks for approximately $34 as part of a settlement agreement, Florida Attorney General Palm Bondi said today.
The $40 million settlement was reached last year among Florida, 43 other states, the Federal Trade Commission and Skechers, USA, Inc.
