No shame in an easy and inexpensive date night — especially when CityPlace is to thank

Date night is on a whole new level, thanks to CityPlace in West Palm Beach. So text your boo-thang and tell him/her, it's on tonight. Because CityPlace's new Night Out promotion is hooking you up every Sunday through Thursday.

We're talking dinner and a movie for two, plus valet. All for $60. (That's a pre-sexytime steal, if one ever existed!) The promotion lasts from now till October.

Participating restaurants include the Bowery Palm Beach, Jimmy's BBQ and The Regional Kitchen — to name a few of the 10. (See the rest here, along with their “Night Out” Specials).

Here are the deets:

  • Purchase your tickets online at Eventbrite.com.
  • Print them off beforehand.
  • Swing by CityPlace Guest Services to get what you'll need. (That's on the first floor next to the elevator/under the escalator/next to the bathroom. You can’t miss it.)

Check movies and movie times for AMC CityPlace 20 (yep, that's the theater formerly known as Muvico) before heading out. It is a weeknight, after all. And you’ll have to adult in the morning.

Have fun!

Why was John Wayne Bobbitt at a Palm Beach Gardens hot dog contest?

In fact, this burger-munching, beer-sipping lunch crowd’s patience is so heroic, so sublime, that a careless observer might...
