Enjoy casual dining at Buffalo Wild Wings

MENU

It’s all about the wings, of course. Traditional or boneless, the wings come in a variety of flavors (or none at all!) that range from mild to blazing. The menu also includes appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads and desserts. Pretty much everything is less than $12.

ATMOSPHERE

High ceilings give the restaurant an open, airy feel. There are large TVs everywhere, so whether you’re in the dining room or the large bar area, you can keep your eye on your favorite team.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD/PRICE

We ordered traditional wings ($17.49 for a medium order of 15 wings). Neither of us is a fan of the hot stuff, so we chose mild buffalo sauce, Parmesan garlic and honey barbecue. For our dips and veggies, we ordered blue cheese, carrots and celery. The three sauces were great, but our favorite was the creamy Parmesan garlic. The wings were plump and meaty. My husband tried the street tacos ($5.29), three small flour tortillas stuffed with grilled chicken and topped with pico de gallo and southwestern ranch dressing. They were a little messy with the dressing, but they were tasty and not too spicy. For something different, I ordered the southwestern black bean burger ($9.99), topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and pickles. Loved it!

REASON TO GO

I’ve been a fan of B-Dubs since the 1980s in Ohio — where it started out as Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck. The food is consistently good, and the wings are excellent. There are locations in West Palm Beach, Wellington, Boynton Beach and Jensen Beach.

SERVICE

My takeout order was complete with no mistakes. It was boxed in sturdy cardboard containers, and the three flavors of wings were packaged separately. The bartender checked with the kitchen several times to make sure things were moving along quickly.

NOISE LEVEL

I stopped by in the middle of a weekday afternoon, so noise was not a factor.

KID FRIENDLY

Take the kids! If they don’t want chicken wings or tenders, they can order a cheeseburger, mini corn dogs or mac ‘n’ cheese from a menu just for them.
