Art Boca will provide beauty, beholders wanted


If you’re in the mood to check out contemporary, modern and emerging art from the 20th and 21st centuries, head down to Art Boca Raton Contemporary Art Fair this weekend.

Now in its second year, the fair will showcase artwork that includes sculptures, photography, works on paper and installations.

Local exhibitors, such as Art Link International and Art Synergy, will have displays as well as international exhibitors, including 418 Gallery from Bucharest, Romania, and 55 Bellechasse from Paris.

Produced by Next Level Fairs, the fair will be held in the International Pavilion of the Palm Beaches in cooperation with Florida Atlantic University.

The International Pavilion of the Palm Beaches includes a 65,000-square-foot exhibition hall, a full-service restaurant, sculpture garden and lecture hall facility.

When: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Where: 3450 NW Eighth Ave., Boca Raton.
