These new shops are coming to CityPlace for the holidays

A collection of new pop-up shops is set to open in CityPlace this weekend in space that had been occupied by Restoration Hardware.

WPB Collective, will fill roughly 5,000-square-feet near CityPlace’s central plaza, and plans showcase a rotating mix of local, regional and national artisans, fashion lines, jewelry designers, specialty food and beverage brands.

Restoration Hardware closed its CityPlace location last month after opening a new 80,000-square-foot gallery on a triangular-shaped site in the Okeechobee Boulevard median.

CityPlace officials said the new collective is set to open at 11 a.m. Saturday.  Initially it will feature Dreamallows, Pumphouse Coffee Roasters, Vagabond Apparel Boutique and until December 10, the nationally jewelry brand, Uncommon James by Kristin Cavallari, who appeared on MTV’s show Laguna Beach.

Cavallari will be at collective from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, according to CityPlace officials.

The eatery Field of Greens also plans to return to CityPlace, opening a pop-up restaurant in The Shack, the hexagonal space located near outdoor plaza. The restaurant had a spot in CityPlace before opening its Clematis Street location.

Later this month, Urban Youth Impact plans to set up an artisans shop at CityPlace that will sell photographs, paintings and drawings created by Palm Beach County’s underserved youth, officials said.
