Boca Marriott sells for $69 million


The Boca Raton Marriott has changed hands for $69 million, roughly $11 million more than it sold for three years ago, according to property records.

The seller was CWI Boca Center Hotel. The buyer is AVR Boca Center Hotel.

The hotel has 256 rooms and sits on just over 2.5 acres near the Town Center mall.

It is the third hotel to change hands in recent weeks.

The Palm Beach Gardens Marriott sold for $29 million. The 168-room Jupiter Beach Resort sold for $49 million. Both sales were recorded at the end of 2017.
